STANDARD TRANSLATION

Terms and conditions of standard translation preparation:

1. One page of standard translation has 1500 characters (characters with whitespaces).
2. The minimum unit of settlement is 1 page.
3. We start order execution once the client accepts the terms and conditions by e-mail.
4. The stated lead time entails only business days.
5. The cost of text verification equals 50% of the translation rate. However, if the correction does not incorporate any changes, the client pays 20% of the rate as a handling fee for the translator’s time.
6. For translation prepared on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, to the express rate we add an additional fee for the so-called work after hours. The rate amount is selected individually depending on the quantity of text and the execution deadline.

Sworn translation

Terms and conditions of sworn translation preparation:

1. One page of sworn translation has 1125 characters with whitespaces.
2. The minimum unit of settlement is 1 page.
3. We start order execution once the client accepts formally the terms and conditions by e-mail or in person while submitting the documents.
4. The stated lead time entails only business days.
5. The cost of text verification constitutes 50% of translation value.
6. An additional copy of the translation text costs 30% of the translation value.

ORAL TRANSLATION

Translation in the case of languages: ENGLISH, GERMAN, FRENCH, RUSSIAN

Translation in the case of other languages

Terms and conditions of oral consecutive translation:

1. Consecutive translation, also called whispered translation, is settled in a 3-hour block.
2. The 3-hour block constitutes a settlement minimum.
3. Each consecutive started hour is counted at the rate.
4. In the case when translation is called off on its execution day, the client incurs the full cost as if the service was provided.
5. In the case when translation is called off 24 hours before its execution date, the client incurs 50% of the service cost.

Terms and conditions of oral simultaneous translation:

1. Simultaneous translation is settled in a 4-hour block.
2. The 4-hour block constitutes a settlement minimum.
3. 2 translators participate in simultaneous translation.
4. After the end of a 4-hour block another 4-block is launched.
5. In the case when translation is called off on its execution day, the client incurs the full cost as if the service was provided.
6. In the case when translation is called off 24 hours before its execution date, the client incurs 50% of the service cost.
